Next Conference

Due to the current levels of Covid in our community and economic uncertainty, our next Plastics Industry Conference will be held in 2023.

Conference dates, location and further details will be made available throughout the upcoming year.

During October 2021 we undertook an industry survey around Conference 2022 and Covid preparedness. Thank you to those of you who participated in this. It was very helpful.

A very high percentage of our members prefer an in-person conference over other options. A high percentage would also choose not to attend an in-person event with high levels of Covid-19 in the community. Given that case numbers across New Zealand will likely be high per week for at least part of 2022, we have decided not to hold our annual conference and will instead focus on organising an event for 2023.

For 2022 we will instead hold a series of fully virtual events throughout the year. We’ll carry out the planning for these early next year and look forward to sharing the details with you then.
